Preheat the oven and stack tortillas and wrap them in aluminum foil . Place them to the oven for about 15 minutes . Per batch use little oil and cook 2 to 4 patties at a time in a large nonstick skillet until they are browned and heated through about 4 minutes . In the end wrap the patties in tortillas and serve them immediately and garnish them with lettuce and tomato salsa .
