In a an heat 2 teaspoons olive oil and then add the chicken and cook it until is brown for circa 3 minutes on each side .

Then transfer it on a plate, cover and keep it warm . In another pan heat the remaining oil and add the mushrooms and cook it until they are brown and they release their juice for about 5 minutes . Then transfer them to a plate then add in the pan the garlic and wine and cook them till they are reduced by half for about 2 minutes . Add the broth flour mixture, lemon juice and little salt . Cook it until the sauce is thick for 5 minutes . Add in the parsley, capers, butter and the mushrooms . Take ½ cu of the mushroom sauce and toss the pasta in it . Serve the pasta topped with the chicken and the sauce .
Other good example is the Italian vegetable hoagies . For it you need ¼ cup sliced red onion, 1 can artichoke hearts rinsed and chopped, 1 tomato diced, 1 spoon olive oil, 2 spoons balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, 1 baguette whole grain, 2 slices provolone cheese, 2 cups shredded romaine lettuce, ¼ cup sliced pepperoncini, In a bowl combine the artichoke hearts, tomato, vinegar, oil and oregano . Cut the baguette in 4 equal parts . Cut each piece horizontally and take out the soft bread . On the bottom of the baguette add provolone, artichoke mixture, to with onion, lettuce and pepperoncini .

The ingredients are : 500 grams boneless ad skinless chicken breast, ½ cup flour, 2 spoons oil, 300grams mushrooms, 1 large green bell pepper, little salt and pepper, 1 cup dry sherry, 1 cup chicken broth , 1 cup low fat milk, some jar sliced pimientos, and 1/ cup scallions . Then toss the chicken and flour in a bowl till is coated . Than heat the oil in a pan and cook the chicken for about 4 minutes .
Than put it on a plate and in the oil add the mushroom, bell pepper, salt and pepper, and cook it till the mushrooms are brown then pour in the sherry and let it boil for about 3 minutes .
