Healthy living means a balanced lifestyle, based on self discipline and control because it means that you have to take care of many different factors in order to have a healthy lifestyle . SO they are a little more expensive they can cost around 50 dollars but they can reach even 100 dollars . The hard dance pads are made out of metal or wood and they are designed to last for a great period of time but they can reach the prices of a couple of hundreds of dollars .

Solid state dances pads do not have mechanical contact that it is found in the hard dance pads because they are based on some sensors which detect the step which are on the pad . Dance pad caveats are usually a combination of play station pad with a simulator which is a computer . It is usually extremely advanced and it works in a better way but they are expensive .
