Weight problems have become one of the most common types of health problems of our generations and more and more people keep diets to lose some weight but the majority of them does not even know what really means a healthy weight loss . This means of course to keep a diet but this diet just be based on some meals which are healthy, which have a low content of calories but they would also have to contain healthy substances for our body . A healthy weight loss which is also durable has to be based on healthy types of food in which you make sure to add healthy aliments . There are many recipes of low calories contents and in this article there will be presented some such examples .

An example of recipe is the lemon garlic shrimp and vegetables . For it you need : 4 teaspoons olive oil, 2 large bell pepper cut , 1 asparagus trimmed and cut, 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest, salt tot taste, 5 cloves garlic minced, ½ kg raw shrimp peeled, 1 cup reduced sodium chicken broth, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, 2 spoons lemon juice and 2 spoons chopped parsley . In a pan heat circa 1 teaspoons oil , add the red bell peppers, asparagus, lemon zest and salt and cook them for circa 6 minutes and them put them on a plate and make sure to keep them warm .


Then add the remaining oil and garlic in the pan and cook it, then add the shrimp and cook for circa 2 minutes, then in a bowl mix the chicken broth with cornstarch and add some salt . Then add it to the pan and cook it till the sauce is thick and then remove it from the heat and add in the pan lemon juice and parsley . On a plate serve the shrimps with the vegetables . This dish contains 227 calories .

Other recipe is the crab cake burgers . The ingredients are : ½ kg crabmeat, 1 egg beaten, ½ cup breadcrumbs, ¼ cup light mayonnaise, 2 spoons minced chives, 1 spoon Dijon mustard, 1 spoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon celery seeds, 1 teaspoon onion powder, freshly ground pepper and salt to taste, 4 dashed hot sauce , 1 spoon olive oil and 2 teaspoons unsalted butter . First of all in a bowl add the crab meat, the egg, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, chives, mustard, lemon juice, celery seeds, onion powder, pepper, salt and hot sauce and mix them very well they are soft and mixed . From this mixture make some 6 patties .


Then in a pan which is a non stick one, heat the olive oil and then add also the unsalted butter and let it melt and heat also . Then add the patties in the pan and let them to be cooked for circa 4 minutes on each side or till they get a golden brown crust on both sides . Then you can place it on a toast piece of bread with a slice of onion on top .
