There are so many times in which we wake up suddenly with guests at our doorway. We have nothing in the fridge and do not have time or no money to buy something cheap and good. Although you might be reluctant to believe or try them, there are some easy healthy recipes you should choose!



In any season, even if you want to chill, take your daily portion of vitamins or just to eat something sweet, fruit salads are the perfect choice. You need seasonal or exotic fruit: apples, pears, kiwis, pineapples, oranges, cherries, cherry, banana, etc.., honey, a flavored beverage such as rum and whipped cream.  


Simple healthy recipes are very rare phenomena but isn’t it true that you would like to spend just a few minutes in the kitchen and then and enjoy a delicious salad? You're on a diet or you just want to eat something light and healthy? Lettuce is usually the first choice you think about. You need though more vegetables such as tomatoes, peppers, lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, cabbage, vinegar and spices (optional). How to prepare them is a quite simple and fast method. Vegetables are washed, cut into pieces and put in a bowl. Pour oil over them and season to taste. Now you can quietly enjoy your salad and the other healthy foods.
