In order to be pleased with our appearance we need to feel good inside and outside. Our health is very important, because without a perfectly good body we can't make all the things we want to. Health provides us energy, will to live, coping with stress and problems, either at home or at work. For a healthy body, people need to know that everything we do, has a small influence on our organism. Foods on the other hand are essential to keep us healthy. For example eating only healthy food as vegetables, grilled steaks, fruits, many liquids , and mostly products that contain vitamins, can assure us of a healthy body. What we eat and our body state influences our skin. Many times we have had problems with our skin, on account of what we have ate. For example haven't you ever had a rash or a food poisoning that has affected your skin also? Well, there are many cases in which this happens.
Women are more preoccupied about the way they look, and are very attentive to what they eat, or sometimes they are. Because everyone works, and has a hectic schedule, eating is not a very well delimited time. that's why many people eat junk food and fast food all day long. Continuing with this chaotic schedule, and making a habit from eating fast food, results a poor health. Beauty comes form inside, and so women need to pay more attention to what they eat. Greasy foods, very rich in cholesterol and high on calories meals, are not good for a nice looking skin. Food for Healthy Skin sounds a little bit like a diet, when in reality it isn't. For example a good way to be more healthy is eat less. You can eat whatever you want but try to eat less. Do not eat until you drop, because having a full stomach, makes the organism have a harder time to digest and burn all the extra calories.

Applying creams, and lotions, body scrubs and face scrubs don't mean nothing without a good care of your organism. Also food , bad food can age us more quicker, just as cigarettes and alcohol. There is no point in treating a skin , already damaged, if you do not start from the roots. Fruits and vegetables make miracles for the skin, especially during the summer. Eating only dry foods and very greasy ones, will only make you fat and have skin problems. What can be worst than this?
