Appearance is what makes us relate to other people, in today's society. We put a big price on looks, maybe because more and more people have started to take care of themselves, in the sense of being more trendy and more glamorous. Looks say exactly what you want them to say and are very important for a social active life. Nowadays, the model of the perfect woman, is slim, curvy a little bit, and very tall. Well, this cannot be a pattern for everyone, so, each person has to make the best of his her body. Taking care of yourself, eating healthy, exercising, sleeping enough, not being stressed out, helps you maintain a great figure and a lovely appearance.

One of the biggest problems in America is obesity. why? Because there are too many temptations such as fast food or junk food, many sweets etc.Also sweets are an issue especially for women. Depression makes the majority eat a lot of candy, drink a lot or smoke a lot, either one of these things being harmful to your organism. A sedentary lifestyle is the main problem. We go to work, sit on the chair and then go home eat and sleep. This routine combined with only bad food, will only make you fatter and fatter every day and you just lose your whole self confidence. Healthy Body Fat Percentage is something you are going to hear at a gym and not by talking with a friend at dinner. The normal fat percentage of each person is in function of his weight and how tall that person is.

Reaching the ideal weight for your height and in order to feel good in your own body you have to take some measures. For example, be ambitious and go to a nutritionist who can help you by prescribing the exact foods and amounts you need to take in order to lose weight. Eating 3 meals a day, and between them healthy snacks, it's not that hard to achieve. It's not really and only what you eat but also how much and when you eat.

You can eat steaks and potatoes, sweets also, but within limits. A menu can consist for example from : chicken breast grilled, no oil, some boiled potatoes with lemon juice and some parsley, a salad maybe etc. Healthy Body Fat Percentage is also kept with a lot of activity. If you have reached the normal weight then you also have to achieve normal fat percentage. This is done through exercising .

In the end, watching your weight is not that hard you just need to have a little bit of discipline. Giving in to temptation, is not ok. Many eat because they say, well who sees me or what will a cake do to me in the middle of the night, it's just one time. Well, you have to very ambitious and you have to want really badly to look better, because if you cheat and eat randomly you will not solve anything. Also, besides eating healthy, exercising, will help you maintain a beautifully shaped body, if you don't want to have problems in a few years when you are growing old and it's harder to lose weight.
