People usually do not pay that much attention to their health, unless something is bothering them or they are in real pain. This is the idea most common encountered. If it's not broke why fix? Well, it's best to pay regular visits to your doctor if you want to have control over your health. The majority goes to work, eats comes home, eats again, watch tv and then sleep. Well, this sedentary lifestyle will eventually cause you not only health problems but also weight problems and brain problems.

Exercising is indicated for any part of your body. Staying active means a better body shape, firm and younger skin, means not having heart problems and oxygenate you brain. It's good to walk in the evening or during the day to take some fresh air and clear your head. Our brain controls all the functions in our body, so , we should be a little bit concerned when we have headaches and other small things like this that attention in some way that something si wrong. The body gives us signs , but we take pills to make them pass, not noticing the real problem.

Here are some advices on how to maintain a Healthy Brain the easy way: first as i said earlier is exercising your body. Second is exercising your mind. Engage in different activities that put your mind at test. Try to live new experiences, travel, learn new things, be curious, always play games that make your mind work harder. Pushing your limits and enlarge your horizons will only do you better. Also, another way to keep a Healthy Brain is to stay socially engaged. This means keep constant connection with family members, with friends, have a lover, go to social gatherings, have fun, go to parties, relax and clear your head. All that stress doesn't do you any good.

For a person to be totally stabile and rational needs to see both sides, needs to experience and know. Another tip is to maintain a positive attitude. Depression is one of the most common causes of suicide . From teenagers to grown people , they all have slight form of depression. This is done because of work, problems, kids etc. A positive attitude can make you feel better and go through life more easily and with a smile on your face. You have to learn how to control yourself in order to stay on top of the situation. Stress management is not that easy, but there are classes and therapy meeting for this thing.

Other way to have a Healthy Brain is to eat well. Healthy eating makes you feel better, helps your organism feel better and also your brain works well. Taking multivitamin supplements like omega 3 fatty acids and antioxidants. These are called brain healthy foods. Also the last tip for a healthy brain is to get a good sleep. Many don't take sleep seriously but sleepless night bring only dark lines and bad complexion, lack of attention and distraction. What you shouldn't do if you are aiming to have a healthy brain is to : drink very much, smoke or take drugs, avoid going to the doctor , notice changes in your mental normal capacity , in your behavior and still not go, stay only indoors, be introverted , refuse to see anyone or think too little of yourself.
