Eating healthy means to love your life. A healthy life means a natural food with high quality products, safe and nourishing. Due to high protein, chicken is indicated to everyone especially to older people because it protects the bones. Chicken is an important source of vitamin B, niacin., well known for its properties against cancer. DNA composition requires niacin, and a deficiency of this vitamin is directly linked to the emergence of genetic disorders.
100 grams of chicken meat provides 72% of daily necessary of niacin. Another benefit of chicken meat is the content of selenium, which is an essential component of the thyroid hormone metabolism and of the immune function. However, these are not the only things we need to know. For a good and healthy nutrition, we also must know some of the healthy recipes.

Healthy chicken sandwich
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons nonfat yogurt; 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise; 2 tablespoons chopped green celery; 2 tablespoons chopped onion; 1 conserve chicken breast; 2 slices of bread; 2 slices tomato; 1 leaf of lettuce; salt; pepper
Preparation: Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, celery, onion and chicken breast. Put the composition on one slice of bread and on top tomatoes and lettuce and then put the other slice of bread and enjoy.
Healthy chicken soup
Ingredients: 1 half chicken; 1 large onion; 2 carrots; 1 celery;1 parsley; 1 parsnip;100 g green beans; 1 can of chopped tomatoes (450g); parsley and lovage green leaves; salt; pepper
Preparation: Wash the chicken and cut it in 6-8 pieces and put it in a pot with water (3l perhaps, enough just to cover the chicken). Let it boil until it is foaming, remove the foam and then put the sliced vegetables. After 30-35 minutes, check if they are boiled. Put the parsley and lovage green leaves, tomatoes, and leave it for another 5 minutes. You must serve it warm and if you want with chili peppers.

Healthy grilled chicken
Ingredients: 4 boneless chicken breast; 2 tablespoons crushed garlic; 2 tablespoons finely cut thyme; 2 tablespoons olive oil; 1 teaspoon fresh pepper; salt; scraped peel from a lemon
Preparation: Put the chicken pieces in a shallow glass container. Put the thyme, garlic, pepper, lemon peel, olive oil and salt on all chicken. Clean the grill, grease it with some oil and let it to heat up. Place the chicken breast with the skin down on the hot grill. Every now and then turn them on each side until they bake. This healthy chicken recipe goes excellent with a garnish of grilled vegetables, salad and baked potatoes.

Eating healthy does not mean to eat a lack of variety or tasteless food . A rational diet well balanced contains, simply, all the necessary nutrients to satisfy appetite and preservation of a good health. I think I have shown above that even healthy food can be delicious!
