As these two recipes , there are a lot more which are also easy to prepare , which will take you less time cooking and what it is more important is that you will eat low calories dished and you will know exactly how many you can eat . You have to make always the healthy choice entrees in order to stabile you weight , not to eat too many fats or cholesterol or any other substances that can cause you health problems on short term and also long term .
