When it comes to our health we are all about doing the best we can, or in theory at least. People in general complain a lot and don't do nothing. Health is the most important thing, outrunning money and all other daily things. Health keeps us going and going, because of our health we can start a family, work , be happy and lead a normal life. Health doesn't only include physical health but also mental health. In order to be totally ok , altogether we need to be mentally stabile and physically health.
Health we understand eating healthy, exercising , not exaggerating with sleepless nights, overall , leading a healthy lifestyle. What we eat affects us directly , and most problems we have with our organism are due to the fact that we eat junk food, too many calories, cholesterol is at high peak and so on. By exercising we keep our body in shape , and we also look good, that leads to having a good opinion about yourself. Self esteem is essential in having a healthy metal state of mind. Most people nowadays are quite depressed, and reports say that more than a half of people are depressed even from an early age.

Also, a detachment from something that brings you only sorrow and sadness, is required. For example if someone dear has passed away, you need a Healthy Detachment from the place and all the people that remind you of that person. We have all kinds o problems, some resemble with others, some are too painful and others are just stressful. In order to lead a healthy life we need to take a break from all that surrounds us from time to time. Lovers need also their space. Healthy detachment in love, is cruel, and quite hurtful, but it's best .
Healthy Detachment means clearing your head, taking the right decision, without being forced by the circumstances, means being relaxed and judging normally. In the end, we all need a healthy detachment, at least in the moments when we feel we can't go on any more. Even though I have learned that in life, you find that you can go on, even when you said you can't anymore.
