Eating healthy has become a way of life for some, smarter people. We generally eat what we want , when we want and as much as we want, but this way of living is not very good. People start thinking about their organism and health when things go bad. Obesity is a very serious problem , especially in USA, where junk food and fast food are at the highest level. People eat everything they find, during the day, when they are at work, because they just have too much work to do, and little time left for a decent lunch.
At athletes, meals and food are very strict. Athletes usually have a certain eating schedule, a chart with what they are allowed to eat and what not.
