Healthy Diet for Teenagers

For a healthy life and organism we have to take care of ourselves. When we are young we don`t care what we eat and how we live our life. Teenagers have a hectic schedule, if we may say so. They want to party all the time, they lose nights , don`t sleep, they smoke, drink and don`t care. Well, this is a fun life, because if you can`t do this things when you are young then when can you? In order to protect our children from many organism problems, we have to implement  a certain routine. For example eating more healthy at home, is a step forward.

The majority of teenagers eat fast food and junk food all the time, because it`s an easy meal. Fats foods a hamburgers , pizza pasta are not healthy, they don`t have any vitamins or proteins just too many calories. To make a Healthy Diet for Teenagers it`s best to start from morning brunch. In the morning a natural juice , shake with eggs or cereals is  perfect. Lunch should consist in soup and second course. Soups are healthy, have lots of vitamins and clean the organism. Second course is a more an European custom, but there are people everywhere that have accustomed to eat soups also. So, second course should contain more healthy foods like grilled chicken with vegetables, fish, smash potatoes or boiled potatoes. All the foods that are not fried are ok.

Teenagers are known to eat a lot of sweets  on the empty stomach , which in time causes many intestinal problems. Snacks should change from chocolate bars to one chocolate bar a day and many fruits. Fruits are rich in vitamins and are sweet also.  Parents should be more attentive to what their kids eat. Eating together each day supper or dinner it`s a great way to make a program of healthy eating. Many families eat together only on Saturday because that`s when they get all together. The lack of attention usually makes teenagers eat only junk food.

At dinner it`s best to keep it light so you might make a salad , oriental salad, that is rich in vitamins. Many people eat salads and add greasy sauces that ruin the balance of healthiness in your meal. Because teenagers are still growing they are always hungry and eat very much. Fast foods like Mcdonalds or Burger King have a great success because of young people that eat on the run , because it`s tasty and cheap.

In the end, making a Healthy Diet for Teenagers, is not so difficult. Teenagers need to know that they have to take care of their organism. When you are young you don`t think of these things, but as time passes you will start to see the mistakes you made in  your youth. Obesity is a very serious issue in America and many teenagers have passed over their normal weight. This is mostly due to fast foods and a crazy eating style.
