Fruits have been known to be recommended in healthy eating habits. Their rich content, providing vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, is good for our health and daily vitality. WE have seen how cherries represent the “wonder fruits” , but what about other fruits?
I mean, we know that all fruits are a source of health for our body, but let’s take one specific fruit and analyze its’ benefits and effects on our body and on our life.
