Many people nowadays have a problem with weight. We try to lose weight by eating less, by eating more fruits, we avoid eating during the night but, even so , we still gain weight. Why is that? First of all it doesn't matter how much and when you eat it matters more what you eat. Fruits are very good but on the other hand for example a bananas eaten on a empty stomach makes as one meal. Apples make you more hungry and so on. In order to make a normal diet that includes everything and still allows you to lose weight, you have to consult a nutritionist. It's hard to resist all those sweets, all that meat, bread is essential at meals but if you want to lose weight you have to renounce it.

Today, more and more people, celebrities especially have start to lead a healthier lifestyle. They eat sushi, keep diets, go to gym, have cooks that make them special dishes and so on. We cannot lead this life but we can try change ours. It's essential to drink at least one liter of water a day. Besides this, try to eat very well in the morning , try to have a decent lunch and only a salad in the evening. Fruits are not expensive especially if it's their season. At some point you will get sick of eating the same fruits every day and you'll want to change . If you do so, then don't buy many fruits buy for each day, one from every fruit so you just satisfy your craving and still eat on a budget. Going to work every day, keeps you from eating healthy at lunch and so you are forced to buy something from fast food. In order to save some money, buy yourself food for home and make a sandwich. For example try making grilled chicken and put it in a sandwich add also salad and tomatoes and you have your lunch. Turkey is also very good because it's low on fat also, and it's not that expensive, it's not like you are buying the entire turkey.

Salads are great , but they are pretentious and you can't really take at work, unless you have those special small plates boxes in which you can put them. A salad made from tomatoes, green salad, onion, olives, maybe some cheese, cucumbers, green pepper etc is a meal filled with vitamins. In the end, everything is possible if you just want to.
