Nowadays, people eat anything that tastes good, no matter from what is made of or what it contains. What we eat has a lot to do with how we feel. We do not pay much attention to the foods we eat, and that is why most of us have stomach problems, or skin problems. it seems that a new trend has begun, in food also. More an more people choose to eat salads, just because they are requested and look good. A healthy lifestyle is not hard to achieve you just need a little bit of ambition and motivation.
Today, one of the biggest problems , especially in America is obesity. Statistics show that more than one third of the adults in the United States are obese and 16% of the children are also fat. This is because of fast food and junk food. America has the most large development of fast foods in the entire world. Here you can find hamburgers, hot dogs, McDonalds and KFC at every corner, so it's no wonder that people are tempted at every step. Also, while you are at work , it leaves you slim chances of a healthy diet, because you get hungry and either grab a bite to eat at a fast food, or eat snacks all day long, so that when you get home you eat again, cooked food, and sleep.

This sedentary lifestyle is common, and getting used to laziness and eating at night, becomes a habit and it's hard to renounce. Also, many people have heart problems because of too much grease in their meals. Also doctors say that by eating vegetables and some fruits each day, you can reduce the risk of stroke, you can also strengthen your immune system and also lose weight.
