Well, I'm not saying that we should  not eat at all, but we should at least watch what we put in our mouths because food has more influence on our organism than we can imagine. Other things we should pay attention to is excesses. For example one of the most important problems people have is the fact that they exaggerate with too much food, with too much alcohol, too much smoking and too many sleepless nights.  Health is overall, a tripod between, body mind and spirit. A problem that seems to come back more and more is the idea that many become overweight because they do not eat healthy.

Eating healthy is not that scary, because it doesn't involve eating only raw food, or vegetables. Eating healthy means setting some boundaries some limits. Here are some Healthy Eating Tips that could be very helpful for those who are crying to lose weight and in the same time for those who want a change in their lifestyle. First of all, eating three meals a day is essential. Many of us, eat on the run, eat junk food, do not eat a normal meal, and lunch is never a normal meal. Why? Because of work, problems etc.

Coming in the evening at home, automatically makes you want to eat normal food and so, you intake many calories and then sleep causing a very quick gain of weight. A tip to be more healthy is to eat in the morning before going to  work, eat a sandwich at work, or a salad brought from home, and a few healthy snacks such as fruits, bananas fat free yogurt to keep you from starving. In the evening try something light , like for example a salad, a soup, or some pasta with tuna.

include also setting a schedule and following it. Also, never eat too much at your dinner table. Try to eat until you are saturated not until you cannot feel your tummy. Also, always drink water after a half of hour from the time you have finished eating. Another great tip is to never eat the skin on turkey and chicken meat. These two meats are the most fatless ones, but their skin contains a lot of cholesterol. They say red meat is very good but not eaten all the time, so, instead you can make yourself a turkey sandwich.

Many people have passed on eating salads more often, no because they are such big fans, but because it's a fashion trend. well, if you decide to eat less calories, and a more light dinner or lunch, try to not add any sauce on the salad because in this way you'll ruin all the food's balance in vitamins. Sauces are very greasy and so, stay away from them.  In the end, deciding to eat more healthy is a great step for you and your health. After a few months of keeping a  diet, you will feel different more energetic and healthy. Also, on the side , you should exercise. Exercising, being active is just what a body needs to be in shape for a longer time.
