Unfortunately, nowadays many people have problems with the circulatory system. Very spread among women are heavy or swollen legs and the important thing that you should know is how to predict their occurrence and keep your feet beautiful and healthy all the time. To have beautiful healthy feet, there are no magic recipes, but you can follow a few advices and try some exercises.



Whether you often spend your time standing or you’re on a chair the whole day, your blood still stagnates in your legs. Try to sit with your legs higher compared to the body. In winter you should always wear socks and it is also recommended to eliminate the sauna or hot waxing. Salt, spicy foods or caffeine should also be removed from your daily diet. Water, herbal teas and natural juices, on the other hand, will make your feet feel light, so you can try including them more often in your daily alimentation.

It is obvious that inactivity and a poor diet have the worst consequences on your feet. Therefore, physical movement is fundamental to strengthen muscles and improve blood circulation and in addition it helps you consume more calories. Practice more often sports that require feet exercise. Try tennis or swimming and when it comes to going to work choose walking. Get off the elevator and climb the stairs. Jogging is also a great way for you to maintain your feet healthy.

The human foot is obviously a marvel of engineering and they should be carefully treated. There are a few recommendations from specialists that are supposed to help us maintain a state of optimal health for our feet. Firstly, you should frequently inspect your feet and pay attention to changes in color, conformation or structure.  Keep your feet clean and always include the area between your toes to the space which will be washed and dried. During the summer or when wearing open shoes skin quickly dries and cracks and fissures can occur. To avoid these problems it is recommended the use of moisturizers. You should wear only shoes that perfectly fit you. It may happen that your number varies from one producer to another, so try not only considering the number when you buy your shoes. Buy shoes in the afternoon or evening so that when your feet are usually swollen and choose those which feel most comfortable.A very common mistake is ignoring any foot pain. Keep in mind that symptoms can become worse and in a reasonable time you should pay a visit to a specialist.

Also try cutting your toenails straight. Use a nail file for the sharp edges. Also as far as possible avoid walking barefoot to protect your feet from trauma or infections and use creams with high SPF during the summer so you’ll avoid sunburns. As a conclusion, remember that if you plan on having healthy feet you should often do exercises and keep in mind that walking is one of the best ways you can keep one foot in excellent condition. Make sure that when doing exercises you will wear adequate sports shoes. I hope that I have managed to present you the most efficient methods to keep your feet healthy and I also strongly believe that you will follow at least some of my advices.
