Our lifestyle includes all the things we do from eating to going out, that can affect our health. Many people don’t pay too much attention to what they eat during the day, and after a while they end up asking themselves how they become so fat . Fast food is an easy choice and besides the fact that it doesn`t occupy much of our time, it’s also very tasty and keeps us full.
