What we eat has a big impact on our health. Many of us don't know , but each bite we take is another bite from our life. We need to pay more attention to the things we eat, because you never know how they can affect you. For example supermarket food products have many conservants, many calories, and many chemical substances,. Also fast food as well as junk food, is just a food to keep you from starving and not to make you more stronger or more healthier. One of the most concerning problems in America is obesity. This is the cause of a hectic schedule of sedentary lifestyle and a poor diet.

Many people eat fast food, not eat regular and eat until they can't stand up. Well, if you want to be healthy you have to impose some limits and some rules. The best way to start a diet is to go to a nutritionist. Doctors know exactly what is going to be good for you and for your metabolism. Healthy eating doesn't include only vegetables and meals without any consistency. Healthy eating means eating from everything but little and often. Starving doesn't mean you have to eat the hole plate, it means you have to eat until you fell you are not hungry anymore. To become slim and to be very healthy you need to have ambition. Changing your entire way of living is more than an undecided person can handle.

Healthy Food pyramid is a way of categorizing all the things you like to eat and all the things that are healthy , so that you know what you are allowed and what you aren't. For example at the bottom of the food pyramid you have grease, meat as lamb and pork, oil and other things that are bad for your heart and contain a lot of calories. Sweets are also on the last places , because they are our number one enemy. Bread and pastry products are also very bad because they are fattening.

Nowadays many women love eating pasta, but it should be a more rare meal, because it is practically cooked bread. At meals it's best to not eat bread, and if you can't spear bread you can try dark bread. In the end, there is nothing more better than making yourself a plan , and a list with things you can touch and things you can't even dream of. A list put on the fridge can make you conscious again, every time you go to the refrigerator.

Eating healthy meals, eating soups, salads, as many vegetables as possible, eating grilled meat instead of fried, try to avoid oils, and chocolates. It's hard I know, but once you start you'll get used to a more healthier life. Fruits are very much part of this new life, so you have to start eating fruits instead of sweets. You can make the perfect desert out of strawberries , bananas and cherries. In the end, the pyramid of food is the way you wanted to be. It's best to avoid very heavy foods, and try eating more light.
