Food is our most enjoyable thing in a day. We all love to eat, especially favorite recipes , meat steaks, candy and cookies. But , what has a very big influence on our organism. For example the things we eat are sometimes very harmful and in time, taking them constantly can affect our heart,  our stomach our skin. In order to be healthy , a person needs to have a healthy balanced mind soul and body. It might seem hard to achieve something like this, almost perfectly healthy, but it's not that hard. We accustom to eat whenever , whatever. This is the first wrong thing we do.

Healthy Food is all about paying attention to calories and substances. The best healthy food is the natural food. Products found in their natural state are the best ones. For example: vegetables are great, fruits, in combination with food, salads, etc. Healthy food consist in food which contains vitamins, is not fat at all, and is also nutritious. Soups enter in the category of Healthy Foods, because it contains meat, potatoes, vegetables, liquids and altogether lots and lost of vitamins. Soup can also cleanse the organism and so, it's a great way to settle down your hunger.

Another great Healthy Food that can also go at lunch or at dinner, is rice with grilled chicken. There are many types of meat, but the most healthy and without fat are turkey meat and chicken meat. You can make turkey sandwiches and not have problems with calories. The other types of meat pork , beef, read meat in general are more heavy on the stomach and more greasy. Many prefer to cook home made meals, so they can eat two days. Well, even if you try to cook something homey, try to use less oil or try to replace the normal oil with vegetal oil or olive oil.

can be very easy to obtain and it's not that hard to make as most of you think. Healthy food means, cooking more light and using the best ingredients. Most of the products we can find on the market are filled with harmful substances with chemicals that don't do us any good. We rarely take a look on what stays written on the label.  If you are decided to eat more healthy, then do not forget that you have to also maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Eating healthy and then going every night partying, drinking and losing sleep, doesn't really mean you are more healthy. Health comes when you have a balance in your life, when you have some limits. Exercising is essential for a great body but also for a more powerful organism. Exercising strengthens you organism and keeps you very joyful and in shape.

In the end, Healthy Food, or health in what regards food, comes out of eating only natural products. Sweets and candy are not indicated, but as no one can resist the temptation of a ice cream or a chocolate, you can try them but never exaggerate and not every day. Kids are more inclined to eat a lot of sweets , so instead of eating them as snack, give to  your child some grapes to much on, and you'll see some changes in his eating routine.
