Being healthy involves many things . From being healthy on the inside to being healthy and looking good. We all look healthy but if we don't take our analysis we never know what might be wrong. And I'm not a pessimist i'm just saying that a routine check up from time to time can reveal many things you need to know in order to protect yourself from any problems. Our health is the most important thing and has to be taken seriously. People usually go to the doctor when something is hurting them or they are in big pains, and not sooner this is a first mistake. Also eating healthy assures you of a proper meal and of a healthy organism. What we eat affects what also the way we look and feel. Poor dieting affects your heart your liver, your lungs, your body shape and your skin, and more importantly your self esteem.

Many people have heart problems mostly because of a bad eating routine. Eating all the junk food you can find and not exercising at all, can lead to serious damages. For example a sedentary lifestyle means important breathing problems, not coping well with effort, means weakening your muscles and your heart muscles. In order to have a healthy heart you need to exercise and put it at work through heavy breathing, inhaling and breathing out , running walking etc. A little exercising every day will clear your head, give oxygen to your brain for a proper function and make your heart feel better.

Many people prefer to not take their pulse because they are afraid of what they'll find out. Also if you tend to get tired real easily then you have a heart problem. Heart Rate is mainly the number of heartbeats you have per minute.

This is constantly changing depending on what you are doing. When you are exercising or running your heartbeats start to raise in count because of the effort. The instrument used to measure your heart rate is used only by doctors but also by athletes who have to monitor their heart rate maximum efficiency. The heart rate is usually found by searching the pulse. You can search for the pulse, either by checking your neck or your hand pulse. Many people will feel their heart but it's not such an easy job.

A Healthy Heart Rate depends of the age you have . The average heart rate for a 20 years old ranger between 100 and 170 beats per minute. And the maximum a young person can achieve is 220 beats per minute. As you grow older the beats per minute diminish in number and so you arrive at the age of 30 0r 40 with a Healthy Heart Rate of just 93 to 157 beats per minute and the maximum is of 185 beats per minute. These maximum beats are measured when you are running or exercising. Also you can tell very much from the time a person takes from the moment one stops from exercising until that person comes back to the normal heart rate. With all the bad foods we eat and lack of activity, few can achieve a good heart rate.
