Health is what keeps us going on and on. If we don't have our health we can't work, we can't enjoy life, we can't do anything. For a Healthy Life we need to start from the beginning, with eating more healthy and exercising. Being healthy means being healthy on more levels than just physical. For example for a person to have a Healthy Life, one needs to be mentally healthy also. Healthy social life is also very important for each one of us. Many people are not pleased with the way they look, others are not ok with their job and the others are just not happy altogether. Well, a Healthy Life means being ok on all levels.
We have to start somewhere. We all eat only junk food and fast food, especially during the day, because we have such a hectic schedule. We could start from here. Changing your eating habits is a step to a more healthy life. For example instead of eating a fried stake you could pass on to grilled steak. Also salads and soups are very nutritious and they are also very consistent. To be more healthy you have to add more vitamins to your meals. Vegetables are great as side dishes, also instead of sodas you could start to drink shakes made of fruits that contain a lot of proteins. Also never eat after seven in the evening. Why? Well because all the calories and the fat from what you eat , doesn't have enough time to burn and so, all the calories settle on your bottom and belly.
Another thing you should do in order to have a Healthy Life is to always exercise. No one says you should do performance but, try staying active daily. Exercising, or just walking or running in the morning keeps your body in shape and give you energy for the rest of the day. Many people lead a sedentary life , that involves work, eating and sleep. It's no wonder we all look like whales after a certain age. Also, what we eat affects our skin too. This is very important for women that want to still look good after 40.Stress, combined with unhealthy eating and no exercise leads to a poor aspect and so, we should try to prevent this, instead of making a greater effort afterwords.
Because health includes also mental health, we should pay attention to the way we behave. Our problems, worries, the stress we stay in daily, might change our perspective and make us more temperamental. It's best to take a few hours a day for your own relaxation. Take a few days off, once in a while and relax yourself. A Healthy Life means being pleased with yourself, having friends, being healthy and enjoying life. At some point kids appear also, and creating a family and keeping a joyful environment at home is essential. We have to work very hard to have a normal life, but it can be done. It's best to think in advance than to ruin all your health possibilities from the start.
