Healthy Liver
Health is of the utmost importance for leading a good life. Many of us go to the doctor only when something hurts and not earlier. We are used to taking pills for any small pain and we prefer to stay indoors than go to a walk. Work and fast food occupy our day and a sedentary lifestyle is just what we have. We live once, so why should we just live as plain vegetables who stay all day and wait for a miracle? Many people have heart problems, lung problems, liver problems etc. In order to keep a healthy organism we should first pay attention to what we eat, to the pains we have and stay active. Everything comes together and is comes together beautifully when you know how to take care of yourself.

One essential part of our body is our liver. The liver is responsible for more than 500 bodily functions. The liver takes care of what we eat what we breathe absorbs everything through the skin. It has a very important role in our metabolism and digestion. That is why what we eat is very important. We like steaks especially the juicy ones, we like chicken skin because it's crispy , we like dairy because they taste good, but all these things raise the level of cholesterol in your blood and affect the liver. Also, too much fat affects the heart too, and you start having breathing problems, you cannot make any effort, and soon you' are going to arrive to the hospital.

In order to keep your health and prevent any liver problem, or even so other health problems, keeping diets and watching what you are eating is essential. For example try making a schedule and respect it. Try more salads, more fruits, more vegetables, try to eat less greasy , pass onto vegetal oil, try to eat grilled meat, chicken or turkey meat because these two are low on fat, try to renounce as much as possible at sweets etc. There are many things you should do, but you have to have ambition.

In the end general wellness is what you need to achieve. This means, try to manage stress, set some limits, do not exaggerate with too much partying or too much staying indoors. Try to combine all so that you have a balanced life. It's hard to have a normal life, because there are so many problems, and we are only humans. A positive attitude might help, just as it might help to relax more often. Money is an issue, but you don't have to go too far, you just have to enjoy the small things.
