Our health is the most important thing. In order to be able to lead a good life and a long one I might say, we should start paying more attention to the things that kills us slowly. Many people prefer to do whatever they want , because they are healthy. We are used to go to the doctor only when it hurts really bad and no minute sooner. Well, this is bad , very bad. Constant checkups prevent any disease and if you also listen to the doctor and take care of yourself by eating healthy and exercising you could reach 80 without having any problems.

Our heart and our lungs have to be healthy in order to be able to climb four floors without needing to stop and breathe. Also if you do not have the time to go to the gym or run in the morning, try to always walk back home, make trips, or just make trips to the basement every day so that you can keep your lungs and heart in a good shape. Exercising improves breathing and can help people with lung diseases. Another way in which you can achieve Healthy Lungs is by getting more Omega 3 fatty acids. They exist in fish and are known to reduce inflammation which leads to asthma. If you have the chance, eat fish oil supplements every day so you can assure your lungs the treatment they need.
