Healthy is a vast term. Some people understand by healthy, not eating meat, others understand making more exercises, and some just know that health means taking a better care of yourself through being more attentive to what you do to your organism. Since health affects your appearance too, being healthy is of the most importance especially for women. Health is what keeps us alive, keeps us going and enjoying life.  There are some things people should do in order to be more healthy. Eating more healthy is a drastic change in all of our lives because , we are used to always eating junk food, fast food, candy and very greasy foods. This routine combined with no activity as in exercising, walking, running or playing a sport, results heart problems, poor complexion, a sedentary lifestyle that creates obesity.

Meat is one of the most common reasons why people have heart problems. Meat is healthy but it depends what kind of what and how is it cooked. Almost everyone eats meat, some just can't let pass a day by them without eating a roast chicken, a beef or a steak. Meat is out favorite vegetable as some would say as a joke, but a true joke actually. 

Here are some Healthy Meat Facts that will make you see what each type of meat contains, and maybe make you choose a certain type of favorite meat : bacon is a very used meat , in sandwiches and in different cooked meal. Bacon contains 16g fat per 100 g , is very salty and produces some substances once arrived in the stomach that are known to be linked with cancer, so try to eat less bacon and occasionally only. Beef is also very used meat and quite popular amongst many men. Beef meat is almost half monounsaturated fat and so it's alright to include it from time to time in a diet.  It has 5g of fat per 100g , generally an ok percent.

Other Healthy Meat Facts are about chicken. Chicken doesn't contain so much fat , only it's skin is rich in cholesterol so if you do not want to have fat, then remove the skin. Chicken is also very rich in nutrients so chicken meat is indicated if you can't resist without meat. Also for a better care of your organism , replace the  common oil made of sun flower seed with olive oil, because it's more healthy. Duck is also rich in iron and zinc, but it should be better to eat more rarely because it a meat that fall heavy on your stomach just as lamb meat. Lamb contains 8g fat per 100g , being very fatty. Pork  is another meat often used in cooked meal. Everyone loves pork in soups and as steaks. It's a meat that contains 4gfat per100g, but because pigs are raised in farms for this purpose only there is the risk of the meat having chemicals used in factory farming.  Other meats are turkey and sausages. The turkey contains 1g fat per100g and so, it's a very good meat to eat when you are dieting. Turkey is also knows as one of the super meats rich in vitamin B and zinc.
