Healthy People

Health is the most important thing that keeps us alive. Many people who feel healthy, do not pay attention to their eating habits, to their lifestyle, and go on the idea that living the moment is much better than thinking of the future. They are right in some ways, but let's not exaggerate. Healthy People, are people that feel good and are good . If you have an organism problem, then you are definitely going to have a hard time at work, you are not going to feel well, and your skin and appearance can suffer too. Being healthy involves eating the right ay, leading a life without too many voices, exercising , feeling happy etc. Health is on two levels: mental health and physical health. The physical health can be more easy cured that any mental disease.

Lets take physical health. In order to be totally aware of what your organism is going through you need to : eat more healthy and exercise. Many people do not have the necessary time to cook special meals for a more healthy diet. Well, this is not necessary, because grilled meat and salads are easy to make and very delicious. Healthy doesn't mean worst. Healthier means less and within limits. Also, it's best to know that all that oil, and all that sauces  affect your heart as well as your organism. For a more healthy body you could pass on soups to cleanse your organism, fruits, instead of candies, salads, vegetables for vitamins etc. Healthy People have a healthy body. For this you have to make a little bit exercise. I'm not saying you should start on going every day at the gym, but a little effort each morning, a run in the evening, or more walks through the park  are just what you need. Making a routine from eating healthy and exercising , makes things more easier on the long run.

A healthy person can only be healthy is she is mentally healthy. Mental diseases are the worst ones, and usually they are not curable. The most common mental disease or problem, is depression. Nowadays, more and more people have depressive states of mind mostly because of work problems, love problems, stress, no money, worries etc.  Healthy People are the ones who know how to deal with difficult periods in their life. A healthy person knows how to react, doesn't lose grip and tries to make it better. Depression can have many levels, and most of us are on the first level, when we just have a more rough day and prefer to stay indoors and watch tv.

Healthy People are describes as, happy, joyful, energetic, always willing to start something new, people that have a family life, that do well at work and in general are pleased and ok with their life. It's difficult to reach this level of happiness, but worrying all the time will not take you there either.  For example we know many people that smoke, and even if smoking can kills, only some die from cigarettes. I know people that had smoked their entire life and still died of natural death. Whereas others, were sick at 30. This means a poor body health , a weak organism.
