Being healthy involves so many more things than just trying to eat more healthy. Health is the most important thing in our lives. If we don't have our health we can't do anything. Health keeps us strong, energetic and ready to face any challenge. We wish for money, love, glamorous life, when we should wish for a healthy body and mind to keep us going. Health means taking care of your body , of your organism, and maintaining a healthy mind. Health is on two levels: physical health and mental health. A Healthy Person is a person that knows the importance of being healthy and takes care of his her body.
Nowadays, having a healthy lifestyle has become a trend, and many people started to exercise and eat all kinds of weird foods as diets, just because everyone else does it too. Being healthy and maintaining your body in perfect shape, doesn't have to be something imposed by trends but, something you want for yourself. A Healthy Person is someone described as : happy, healthy, strong, resistant, calm, energetic etc. For a person to be healthy one has to start thinking before eating. For example people can begin with eating less in a day than they normally eat. Eating less is a step forward. Many people use to eat everything from their plate, and they tend to eat several times a day. Well. It's best to eat often but lighter and fewer. Also a tip to stay healthy is never eat in the evening, because all the calories from your snack or dinner will set on your hips and belly.
Also for a person to be healthy, passing from oily foods, greasy stuff to more vegetal and more grilled meals is much more indicated. Eating healthy means eating vegetables, fruits, yogurts instead of chocolate and chips and steaks. Also a more healthy way to drink your sodas, is by making shakes. Fruit shakes are full of vitamins and very refreshing, much better than those colored sodas, with chemicals. Besides eating healthy people need also to keep their organism in shape. Exercising is essential for a more healthier life. You don't need to exercise daily or to exhaust yourself. But a run in the morning, 20m minutes of push ups and abdomens, can really make a difference. Because nowadays, we have a very hectic schedule , eating and exercising are our two last worries. Sedentary lifestyle kills all the health in us.

Metal health means the ability to see wrong from right, the ability to have patience to not get angry , to be calm and not violet, to know how to act at social events, to be sociable, to communicate with people, to have a open , and active life. There are many people that have problems in what regards healthy living, mainly because they just don't know to take care of themselves.
