Few of you are aware of the fact that a common, average restaurant meal contains about 1500 calories and the truth is that this is the result of our food cravings, of our daily food diet and most of all our commodity. First of all, I must mention that there are a few ingredients which you should avoid, maybe not completely remove them from your diet, but when preparing a meal you shouldn’t go over the top using them. This category includes cream, pastries, cheese or butter, bacon and most types of meat.

You should occasionally try out vegetarian recipes. You might think they are somehow tasteless but have you ever tried preparing one by yourselves? Many, if prepared properly are both healthy and delicious. Fruits and vegetables are supposed to be the most important groups of alimentation. Then why ignore them? Your health condition improves considerably and you are way less exposed to heart diseases for example as a result of eating daily vitamins and nutrients in the form of vegetables or fruits. Try from to time preparing a vegetable soup.

Cooking healthy recipes doesn't imply you having to say goodbye to every specialty you like and it also doesn’t mean that from the moment you learn cooking at home you will necessarily have to spend most of your time in the kitchen full of smoke and food smells.  It is only important that you understand the real problem of fast food eating and learn to treat your body as it deserves. It is vital for you to know that home made meals significantly improve your health, happiness and almost every aspect of your everyday life.
