Apparently we somehow forgot how to cook or prepare a healthy lunch and most important we do not have the time anymore to take care of ourselves, our bodies and health condition and most important, our children.
Isn’t it true that you, as a parent, would anytime prefer ordering some take out food for you and your 12 year old darling so you can spend some quality time together watching a movie, much rather than spend a lot of time and effort preparing something in your kitchen? I’m aware that you’re main excuse will be the fact that your work schedule is full and you do not have the time, but think again which are the most important things in your life? Learning a few recipes for kids will not do any harm and you will also see that the effort was worthwhile. I strongly believe that this will bring you numerous advantages and you will soon find enjoyable the time spend in your kitchen.

Whether your kid is five years old or fifteen, he will most definitely be disappointed by a sudden change in his alimentation. Calories, E numbers and colorings are obviously factors that contribute to the delicious taste of a hamburger bought in a fast food diner. But is the taste worth the cost of your health? You should keep in mind the fact that time isn’t an issue if you are an organized person. Choose easy recipes at first, I didn’t say you had to become a professional cook over night. Vegetable soup, salads, poultry, stuffed tomatoes… there are plenty of ideas that will satisfy you kids’ culinary needs and also it will make him stronger and healthier, improve the condition of immune system and so on. The benefits are actually countless. Everything must have a beginning and the start of a healthier alimentation and diet for children can be the result of your efforts and love for your kid.
