Being healthy is a relative term. We can be healthy and still have problems and in the same time we can lead a very crazy life and still be healthy organism wise. So, what does healthy really mean? Well, being healthy means being healthy on the inside as well as healthy looking. Nowadays, our society promotes health with the image of a 20 years old girl skinny and very beautiful, and with the image of a young boy that works out at gym and drinks only natural juices. Health means, taking care of yourself and being mentally sane. Health is on different levels so, during years we go through all. Our health is the most important thing. Without being healthy we can't do anything from what we have proposed so, it really helps to pay attention to what you eat and what you do. Health influences your personal as well as professional life. Today, obesity is one of our most problematic issues. why? Because fast foods and junk food eaten in large quantities mixed with a sedentary lifestyle results becoming fat.

For a fit body and a healthy organism, people need to start following Healthy Recipes. The idea of keeping a diet has always been terrifying especially for those accustomed to eat whatever they want. But, keeping diets and following recipes is not how you imagine. Healthy Recipes include recipes for lunch or dinner, but more light , still consistent in proteins and vitamins but without all that greasy stuff. For example instead of eating a very juicy steak with fries you could try eating grilled chicken with a salad , with vegetables or rice. Going to a specialized person in eating healthy will help you set some limits in eating. The first step to a more healthy eating is establishing limits. For example it's not ok to eat until you can't move. Eat so you are not hungry anymore. Also candy and sweets bring the most important number of calories, so instead of eating two chocolate bars you could take a bite and then pass on fruits. Fruits contain sugar and they can make as the perfect desert. A Healthy Recipe includes easy meals , light snacks and a more attention to weight. For a perfect body and a healthy one too, exercising is essential. You cannot maintain your perfect 20 years old body, as you grow older so, you need to work out. I'm not saying to go every day to the gym, but each morning for 20 minutes try to run or make some easy exercises at home. It will really boost your energy and you will feel great all day.
