Healthy Sandwiches

What do we eat when we do not have something cooked or a healthy meal prepared? What do we do when we don't have something to eat very quick at still healthy? Well, we appeal to our oldest meal the sandwich. Everyone eats sandwiches, what are they made of only differs. The best snack or for some real meal is a sandwich if you prepare it with the best ingredients. For example: you can make a sandwich out of two slices of bread , maybe butter, salami, cheese, a little salad, some tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. Americans prepare their sandwich with peanut butter , and then add whatever they like. I personally don't like peanut butter., because it's not sweet , it's not dairy either, it's just a butter that tastes as peanuts , where it shouldn't taste.
Healthy Sandwiches, make our day at work more easy and are the answer to any meal problem. Some people add eggs also in their sandwich. For example boiled eggs are an idea but also an omlet. Bacon is great but it has many grease, olives maybe, some onion etc. A sandwich is not that different from a hamburger or a Mc chicken you might say. But it is. A sandwich made at home by you, it's more healthy because all the products are fresh, you know how many calories you have, you know how much oil you use in frying the eggs and so on. Fats food is filled with calories and old oil, so it's bad for your organism and also very fattening.
