Health has many meanings. We can consider we have a healthy organism, eat healthy, we can have a healthy hair, healthy nails, healthy body, healthy environment, take healthy decisions, have healthy baths, healthy holidays etc. Health is used in many cases, but the most important one is our wellbeing. A healthy person is a person that has a healthy body, who eats healthy food and follows a certain program, exercises, goes to the beach, has a healthy work environment, is not stressed out, has a family or at least a social life, many friends, relax, and most importantly has sex. Doesn't matter if you are a woman or a man, sex is a very important matter in anyone's life. Having sex means free yourself, taking of any stress , and enjoying yourself. A long period of abstinence makes hormones go wild and this is shown on your skin and not only.
Men have a hard time resisting without sex. For a woman is much more easier, but still the need is there. Healthy sex, means having sex 5 times a week, having orgasms and being satisfied, many couples are not having healthy sex. In a couple there shouldn't be any prudeness, partners shouldn't keep for themselves their fantasies and their wishes.
