Breakfast has always been a problem , for teenagers as well as for adults. Many people don't even eat breakfast mostly because , when you get up you are not that hundry especially at 7 o'clock in the morning. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, doctors say. The majority eats lunch , snacks and dinner, no breakfast. At breakfats the best thing to eat, is something light and consistent. Fruits are a good idea, but try to choose fruits that are more nutritious like for example banans, or apples. Also, toast with jam , or a sandwshich is an excelletn idea if you can stand eating so much. Smoothies are a very good idea but few people have the time to prepare a smoohtie in the morning. A smoothie is a mix made from more than one fruit, that is quite consistent and is a liquid. Smoothies can be made of strawberries, banans, mango, kiwi, peaches, oranges, apples etc.

For example strawberries with mint leafs tastes great, and are very sweet and tasty , without any calories. Mint is the base ingredient for many smoothies. Also , cinnemon brings a pinching taste and is great for smoothie made from greena apples and lemon, or grapefruit. Smoothies are great also as a dessert for kids. Instead of too many cookies or candy, a smoothie is full of vitamins and tastes extraordinary.

Smoothies can be a very tasteful way to close your day with. Instead of some pasta, or a unhealthy pizza try making yourself a smoothie from whatever you have in your home. Having fruits in your home is indicated, because fruits cleanse the organism , and purify it. An apple a day means pure health, no wonder all doctors advice you to eat fruits and vegetables.
