Nowadays, everything we eat has either many carbs or it doesn't taste good. People have made a bad routine out of eating fast food at dangerous hours. America has the most concerning percentages of people with weight problems, and this is mostly because of junk food takenĀ  in large quantities. The majority's routine involves, weaking up in the morning, not eating , goign to work, eating at lunch something not worth mentioning, and then in the evening, eating junk food and then sleeping. If the organism is not put at a certain effort, to eliminate those carbs then we can get fat in no time.

Nowadays, more and more people, celebrieties and people with money have started to keep strict diets and have taken advices from nutritionists. If you work out, make exercise twice a week and you try to keep a healthy diet, your organism is going to be more communicating. A sedentary life leads to lots of pounds added to your normal weight. Also children nowadays, eat many candy and fast food. The stores around school sell only junk food, like chips and sodas, so the old apples as lunch are long gone.

Also if you have in your pantry only chips and cookies then it's normal to have a problem. Children need to eat daily fruits, and receive many vitamins. Snacks such as chips, cookies etc are full of carbs that give you the feeling of saturation but actually you haven't eaten anything healthy.

Also , some snacks are good because a meal can not contain enough calories, but always becareful what you give your child. Whne they are little they experience tastes. It's much easier to convince a 4 year 7 year old child to rennounce candy, than a teenager.

Pizza, snacks like chips and chocolate and all kinds of synthetic things, are fast food than tastes so sweet. Temptation is great, we just need to know that our health is more important. We are not aying , that is not ok to eat pizza, but it's best to have a measure, set some limits and not overexagerate. We all eat fast food, expecially when we are hungry and we are in a hurry or we just don't feel like cooking. In order to stay healthy, a good program and a chart with everything you can and can't eat is very appropriate. Children have to learn from us , what is good and what isn't.
