What can be better than having your health and being happy? We do not realize how important our health is until something happens and we are sick. Health can be maintained through eating more healthy, through exercising and taking better care of yourself. Being healthy means being in total control and in total harmony body mind and spirit. This can only be obtained if you pay a little bit more attention to what you do and what you eat. Food affects more than 50 percent from your possible diseases so, tell me what you eat so I can tell you what you have.
Eating healthy doesn't necessarily include eating only vegetables or green food. Many people are scared of diets and they prefer to starve than keep a diet. Well, eating healthy doesn't mean renouncing at all your favorite foods, it just means setting straight some limits and boundaries in what regards the quantity and the quality of the products you buy. For example for a healthy program of eating normal, you can start by respecting the three meals you on a day. Also, instead of too much oily and greasy foods you could try grilled meat and vegetal oils.


Depending on what you want to do you can easily, choose your weapon. For example if you want to lose weight you should drastically stop eating candy, and stop eating so much. If you are trying just to eat healthy, then you should choose more carefully the things you are eating. Setting limits in what regards food, is perfect, but it would be better if you also followed and respect these limits.
