What can be better than having your health and being happy? We do not realize how important our health is until something  happens and we are sick. Health can be maintained through eating more healthy, through exercising and taking better care of yourself. Being healthy means being in total control and in total harmony body mind and spirit. This can only be obtained if you pay a little bit more attention to what you do and what you eat.  Food affects more than 50 percent from your possible diseases so, tell me what you eat so I can tell you what you have.

Eating healthy doesn't necessarily include eating only vegetables or green food. Many people are scared of diets and they prefer to starve than keep a diet. Well, eating healthy doesn't mean renouncing at all your favorite foods, it just means setting straight some limits and boundaries in what regards the quantity and the quality of the products you buy.  For example for a healthy program of eating normal, you can start by respecting the three meals you on a day. Also, instead of too much oily and greasy foods you could try grilled meat and vegetal oils.

Also, Healthy Snacks could make a great difference because, more than 60 percent from the body fat you gain , is from snacks. A snack is the definition of something sweet or something to make you forget about hunger. Snacks can be eaten while watching tv, while you are bored. A great idea to reduce some of the potential intake of calories is change your daily snacks. Kids are more inclined to eat lots of snacks, unhealthy mostly, but it seems some adults are not too far either. Sweets are great, they give you a rush and they can provoke addiction. Instead of enjoying a delightful and fattening chocolate bar you could munch on some grapes. Yellow grapes or sweet black grapes, are just what you need when you lay comfy on your sofa.

include: fruits such as apples, bananas, kiwi, grapes, strawberries etc. all fruits contain a lot of vitamins, so either you eat fresh fruits or dry fruits, they won't lose their properties. Other Healthy Snacks can be vegetables. Many people eat once at a few days a carrot or a tomato. As snack you cannot munch on a tomato but a carrot is perfect. Also cereals, are great as snacks, popcorn without any salt or butter, cookie for diet, etc. Doctors say that an apple a day is exactly what you need for a healthy body. Also, instead of eating something you could try making some healthy smoothies out of fruits. Drinking liquids prevents you from being hungry and so, you lose weight.

Depending on what you want to do you can easily, choose your weapon. For example if you want to lose weight you should drastically stop eating candy, and stop eating so much. If you are trying just to eat healthy, then you should choose more carefully the things you are eating. Setting limits in what regards food, is perfect, but it would be better if you also followed and respect these limits.
