Being healthy doesn't only involve having a healthy organism. Healthy implies feeling healthy, being mentally healthy too. We don't really seem to be preoccupied about our health. If we are not in any pain than we are alright. Everyone goes to the doctor only when it hurts so bad that you just can't fix with pills anymore. Health should be our priority because it is the thing that keeps us alive and going. Without our health we can't achieve anything from what we want to do. Health can be easily maintained if we take care of ourselves from the beginning. For example if we eat healthy we can assure a healthy organism, a healthy skin, a hair, healthy fingernails all in all a healthy appearance too. Eating healthy includes eating more vegetables, more fruits, paying attention to how much greasy stuff we intake, staying away from fast foods and smoking or drinking or any other kind of addiction.
A healthy person is a person that looks good but also feels good. Exercising is a great part of being healthy. Through exercising you keep your body in the best shape, you firm your skin and you strengthen your muscles. Exercising helps also the brain to function well, and can be great relaxing methods. People usually lead a sedentary lifestyle and are sloppy when it comes to their appearance. Women take care for themselves by using creams and by going to the salon for manicures pedicures and facial maintain. Healthy Toes is also important. Any infection , any problem that appears on your skin is a result of a unhealthy organism. By the small things that appear on our skin , on the surface , the body gives us some alarm signs.

Healthy Toes have a healthy aspect. They need to be trimmed and always clean. Many men have toes problems, they don't cut their nails that often and they have smelly feet. For a woman healthy toes is essential , and a woman who respects herself will always have her pedicure done.
