Being healthy means being ok in all plans. For example there is no healthy body without a healthy mind, but viceversa it's possible. A healthy mind with an unhealthy body it's much often encountered. To be and to feel as a healthy person, on all levels people need to start making some change sin their life. First of all, we have the bad tendency to eat a lot of junk food and fast food. We don't even know how much it can affect us , in so many different ways.
Food influences the way our organism feels and acts. Also it influences our appearance, because e if we have organism problems , it's normal to have also complexion and skin problems. This exterior problems affect our social life and automatically our mental health, because we are stressed out , have a low self esteem etc.
Do not underestimate the power of health. We need health to go on in our life, to obtain the things we want and to lead a normal and happy life. So, here are some tips on how to have a perfect balance between mind body and spiritual wealth. First of all try to organize your life as you can. Start by what you eat the hours you choose to eat and the quantity. For example breakfast and lunch are the most important meals, dinner is less necessary mostly because it's the most tricky one.
Also snacks should be changed into fruits. Instead of eating sweets just because you crave for something sweet, try eating some grapes, bananas, strawberries, berries etc. they have a lot of vitamins and they make as the perfect non fattening desert.

Exercising is good because it keeps you in shape, active and well good looking. It's very important to have a very good opinion about yourself, a high self esteem so that you are confident in your own powers. Besides exercising and eating well, your mental state is what keeps you going. Being optimistic throughout the hole period and having a normal, active, social life, maintains you on the flow line. Many people are either depressed or disappointed about themselves, this leading to a poor eating, lack of care and a very bad image of yourself.

Every mistake, every problem has the power to make you stronger if you know how to deal with it. Many people are weak and prefer to let things pass them, but in order to have a healthy mind, you need to have information and a wise , practical and clear mind. In life, we make a lot of mistakes, but the important thing is how we go on. health can't be bought , it can't be won over, it just achieved , and kept with effort and will.
