I think everyone wonders from time to time, how healthy is meat really? we eat meat every day, in the morning, at lunch at dinner etc. meat is a very big part of our eating plan for each day and so, shouldn't we be worried a little bit? Depending on what type of meat we choose, we can eat it and still be healthy. Red meat for example is very good, but only from time to time. even so, knowing this, we all eat meat every day steaks, grilled, stuffed, oven  etc, doesn't matter how it is cooked, it just needs to be on the table. Chicken meat and turkey meat are the only ones that are lower in fat and so, they can also be used in diets and when wanting to lose weight.

It seems that nowadays, more and more people have chosen to go vegetarian and renounce at all the animal tasty foods. Vegetarians eat soy based products that replace in some way, all the dairy products the rest eat. It's  a more healthy life, but also , in my opinion, a fade and not spiced at all life. Vegetarians eat only vegetables, fruits, beans, mushrooms, pasta, etc.  there are many Healthy Vegetarian Recipes you can choose to follow, but you also need to be very convinced by your selection. For example rice with mushrooms is a very good lunch idea. There are many types of rice that can be cooked in many different ways. Also pasta are great. Mushroom pasta with vegetables and sauce can be also a great dinner.

It might sound odd, to eat carrot tart but your should try it sometimes. Apple crisp as a desert is also very good, spinach tofu, soups are a trend and they are also very good for the organism. They have a cleansing role and they are full of vitamins. Cream of cauliflower soup , cabbage soup, carrot soup etc. Some people cook the soup with chicken and then take out the pieces of meat, but this is practically cheating, because the taste is there so you haven't done anything than just craving some more after a piece of meat.

Tofu food has become quite a treat and it seems that many people who eat meat , eat tofu too. Also, many old people or sick people are forced by their condition to renounce meat or at least very greasy meat so they pass on tofu. Meat contains cholesterol, calories, grease is not good for the heart and altogether, being a vegetarian saves you from any trouble. Salads are very popular nowadays, especially the Cesar salad is very good, but if you take out the meat it's a normal veggie salad. Also into a salad you can add anything you wish, from beans, to corn, tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, salad, garlic, olives, potatoes etc.

In the end, each person prepares his own Healthy Vegetarian Recipe, because being a vegetarian is much more difficult and more pretentious . Cooking a   vegetarian meal involves paying more attention to the products you put in, so takes more time, but the result is better than anything else.
