Heath is what keeps us alive and going , for a long time. our health is the most precious thing we have and so, we need to cherish it. Most of us go to the doctor only when we are feeling really bad, and not a minute sooner. We are a population of careless people, who only make a change is they really have to. Living more healthy is not that hard, but it means making a change in your life, a change that for some might be crucial. Our health is kept strong by keeping diets and exercising. A healthy body involves a healthy organism that leads to a healthy skin and a great body.
In order to be Healthy , you need to make a schedule , to be organized. For example in the morning a healthy breakfast including eggs, fresh squeezed juice, coffee , a sandwich etc. At work a quick lunch made from a salad or a soup, some snacks between meals such as an yogurt or some fruits and in the evening a grilled chicken or fish, with vegetables. This should be a pattern for any other day. Eating healthy means renouncing at so many greasy foods, fast food should be cut of the list, and less sweets. Also never eat at night, because the organism doesn't have the necessary time to burn all the calories and so, this is the most easy way to gain in weight.

Exercising keeps you healthy because your body needs to be energetic. Daily routine should be made out of a quick 20 minutes of easy exercises. Running or waling home also keeps your body in shape. Many people lead a sedentary lifestyle which leads to obesity and many organism problems. besides the physical health, mental state is also very important. Nowadays, more and more people suffer from depression. Why? Well, worries, problems, stress an unhappy marriage, not being loved are all common reasons. Depression manifests itself in a few levels, the worst being suicidal thoughts and in the end death.
A Healthy lifestyle means, having friends to talk to, going out, having an active social life, relaxing in holidays and vacations, having a family besides you etc. love is the one thing that can make a person change, so finding your soul mate could really lift your spirit up. It's very important to be pleased about yourself and to feel good in your own body. Personal frustrations can make you more introverted and more shy. Many people have self issues and choose to go to therapy. It's a good move, because therapy can help you deal with all your problems more easy. You learn how to take care of yourself and how to worry less.
In the end, being Healthy is a necessity a goal. When you are young you don't pay too much attention to what you are doing. Bad habits such as smoking and drinking excessively, will have severe repercussions when you are older. Also, for women, being healthy means also having a great skin, so too much make up could make your face look like an old shoe if you are not careful.
