Being healthy is something we all aim for. We only start to pay more attention to our organism when we grow older, we become adults and we see that all the stupid and crazy things we did in teenage years now, seems to backfire. Staying healthy includes: eating healthy, leading a more relaxed and healthy life and exercising. A healthy mind is also necessary.

There are many things that contribute to what we call a healthy person. A person who is doing well and has no problems can be immediately recognized. Nowadays, more and more people have started to change their routine in order to be more healthy. Celebrities and media has a great influence on people, a good influence at least in this chapter. Many of us think that eating healthy means keeping diets and always starving and leading a constant fight between you and your cravings. Well, it's not like this.

Eating healthy also means having fewer problem with your organism. Lots of fatty meals, meat and cholesterol will definitely harm your heart in time. we eat whatever we like , because nothing seems to bother us and we are perfectly normal. But, in time, your heart will give up and renounce to fight anymore. Heart Healthy means making a program and follow a certain diet. For those who do not know what to change in their eating program, going to a nutritionist can be a great idea. A nutritionist can give you a list for the products you are allowed to eat, when you can eat and how much.

After leading a perfectly free life, in which you have eaten and done whatever you wanted, how could you stand to start a diet and not eat salt , or any grease at all. In order to not get here you can start from the beginning to take care of yourself.  People with heart problems, have to renounce at juicy steaks, they are adviced to eat fruits instead of candy, no salt in any food, no alcohol etc.

To have a Heart Healthy you can watch the amount of grease you eat and the amount of cholesterol you intake. For example the chicken and turkey skin is very harmful but if you remove it you can eat in peace how much meat you want. Pork and beef , lamb are meats that fall heavy on your stomach but even so many people eat it. Alcohol, wine, red wine in excess also affects the heart.  Heart problems are the most scary and concerning ones.

In order to have a decent life with less worries than the rest, you could be conscious and start preserving your health from the beginning. Also exercising is essential for a healthy body.  Leading a sedentary lifestyle will lead only to a massive gain of weight and to many other organism  problems. A daily run, or walk, some easy exercises in your own home for 20 minutes, can mean pure health. Exercising makes you more energetic and they are also very good for your appearance. Looking good increases your self confidence, and improves your social life.
