Nowadays, the teenagers from out times, eat all kinds of junk. Because parents are never home, being busy with work and home problems, children are left to eat whatever they want. A poor eating could lead to health problems that's why is very important to pay attention to what your kid eats. Families should eat together at least 3 times a week. Most people don't pay too much attention to what they are eating, even if it's a family dinner they cook, meat make fries etc. Kids love fries, but they also need vitamins.
