Being healthy is a state of feeling very good. Health means a combination between eating healthy, being active and being happy. Health includes many things, and maybe that's why most people aren't healthy. We all have difficult schedules at work, we all can't manage to find time to eat or to stay relax at home, but in the end this is life. We have to work to have money, we have to put some effort for something to be right. How to Stay Healthy is a easy questions. We all know how to stay healthy, the only problem is nobody follows any rules, or nobody gives a damn about healthy eating. Every day is a new day, a new temptation, and if we get accustomed with a certain lifestyle, for example sedentary lifestyle, it's hard to change it.

How to Stay Healthy is easy. For example for a healthy organism, not damaged by all those chemicals from the products we find in the supermarket, people need to eat more natural products. For example fruits and vegetables are a start. They give you the amount of vitamins and proteins you need every day, and they are very light. Also, eating less is a tip. Many people eat their entire plate, they don't leave nothing behind. The healthy way to eat, is eating enough to pass your hunger, not eating until you can't get up no more. Many people make this mistake and is not healthy, because the organism doesn't have the power to digest all you have eaten.

Exercising is a way to Stay Healthy. Going to gym three times a week is pure health. If you don't have the time nor the money to go to a gym, walking every day or running in the morning is a good solution also.  Exercising keeps you fit, and always energetic. If you lay down all day, you get a feeling of laziness that in time will accentuate with added pounds and a different lifestyle. Also to stay healthy you have to take care of your skin. Nowadays, both men and woman take care of their appearance. Women are known to buy all kinds of skin products, but it seems that men have also started to apply creams on their skin.

Health involves also your emotional state, so if you are upset this is visible. People that are happy have a special glow that is noticeable by everyone. Happiness means being pleased with your life, with yourself, with your love life. Women usually suffer very much if they are single or if they are passing through a nasty divorce or break up.  Your emotional state of mind can affect your health and your skin also. Why? Well because when you are upset you don't eat, some people drink to forget, smoke a lot and don't take care of themselves. This Is a general reaction, not the best one, but what can we do? How to Stay Healthy, is not a certain pattern, but you should follow some life principles such as put yourself on the first place.
