Is Cheerios Healthy

You maybe have never thought at cheerios as a important ingredient for making snacks . It has been proven that besides the fact that it can be a healthy breakfast because cherrios are healthy : cereals and milk , it can also help you make some healthy cookies or snacks for kids and not only for them , for the whole family but it has been proven that cherrios are extremely healthy for our body .
One healthy recipe is whole grain snack mix . For it you need the following ingredients : 2 cups of fiber original bran cereal, 2 cups of honey clusters cereals, 2 cups cherrios, 1 cup raisins, 1 cup peanuts, 1 cup carob chips . In a large bowl you have to mix all this ingredients and you will have a lovely and healthy breakfast or snack which contains only 120 calories . Other recipe is tropical banana nut parfaits . For it you need 1 or 2 cups of yoghurt free fat or even strawberry yoghurt , 2 cups nuts , 1 cup cherrios, 1 banana sliced thinly , 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries and 2 spoons of coconut .

Then take 4 parfait glasses and put different alternate layers of yoghurt, cereal, banana and strawberries . On each glass , on the top add coconut before serving and you can eat it immediately and per serving you will eat only 200 calories .
There is also a tasty cookie which is called strawberry cream tart . For it you need 3 cups cherrios, 1 spoon sugar, 2 spoons vegetable oil, 4 spoons water,, 6 fat free cream cheese, 1 teaspoon vanilla, some fresh strawberries sliced, 1 spoon organic strawberry fruit and 1 spoon honey . In a processor add the cereal and process them till they become crumbs . Then add sugar, oil, water and process a little more .

Then bake this mixture for 10 minutes until they are light brown and then let it cool down for about 15 minutes . Then in a bowl , beat the cream cheese , 1/3 cup of the fruits and the vanilla with an electric mixer till they are completely blended and smooth , it will take you no longer than 2 minutes . After on the crust that it has cooled down , add the mixture on top .
Then take the strawberries slices and arrange them in a circular pattern on top of the cream cheese mix . In a small bowl, mix the spoon of organic fruits and the honey . Put in the microwave for maximum a minute depending on the maximum heat of your microwave . When you take it out , it should be completely smooth and blended . Then spoon over the strawberries . The final step is to cover it with a folium of plastic or a cooking foil and put in the fridge . Make sure that before you serve it , it has been in the fridge for at least 2 hours and per serving it has no more than 160 calories .
