People usually don't eat what they are supposed to. Many people choose to eat what tastes good and is consistent. A meal should consist of meat, but not too fatty, maybe a grilled chicken, with a salad and in the end a fruit. Fruits are healthy because they contain all the vitamins, proteins and fatty acids we need. Also fruits have sugar but not the type of sugar you buy from the grocery, but a natural sugar, that makes fruits act as sweets. Eating an apple or a banana, a mango or some cherries could replace easily a chocolate bar .

Many people ask themselves Is Fruit Healthy? Well, fruits are among the most healthy foods that exist. Fruits are known for their proteins, minerals etc. Evryrone has in their home at least one kind of fruit. In the summer especially, fruits can't miss from ones home. For example we could it cherries, bananas, oranges, peaches, grapes, melons etc. Fruits are good also for detoxification of the organism, just as water, fruits help clean your organism. Fruits are light and they don't make you have the sensation of being full.

Fruits are easy to eat, they fill the gaps between lunches and they can keep you from being hungry. Bananas for example are full in proteins and they can be eaten as a meal. Fruits are known also to keep the mental health. How? Well, a regular intake of fruits can reduce concentration losses, can prevent depression and sometimes anxiety.

Fruits should exist and should never miss from a  home. Fruits don't contribue getting fat, but it's best not to overexagerate with too many fruits. Fruits are great for snacks. Children should be encouraged to eat as much fruits as possible. Little kids have the tendancy to eat candy and fast food, vegetables and fruits are not in their meniu. Parents should make some kind of deal with their kids, if they eat fruits they will get also a cookie.

As a conclusion fruits are healthy, and they can have so many possitive effects on us. Drinking water during the day is also very good. Doctors say it's recommended to drink at least one litre of water a day, and if you can't then fruits are the solution. Fruits contain a bif amount of liquid. In the summer melons are great and they can clear your organism. Also an apple a day is pure health, oranges also bring an important contribution of vitamins. If you don't like eating fruits then another solution could be making shakes aut of fruits. The vitamins are still there and you can drink them. In the morning a fresh of oranges or a combination of strawberries and bananas can be a great way to start your day.
