Being healthy means being healthy physically and mentally. Health is something that comes from the inside and can be seen, with the naked eye. It's much more easier to define mental illness that to define mentally healthy. What Does it Mean to be Mentally Healthy? Well, it means the ability to enjoy life. It's very important to enjoy your life, to be satisfied, to like what you do. Also being mentally healthy might also refer to the ability to pass over problems, to fall on your feet , after un unfortunate event. People that cope well with stress are mentally healthy. Those that act weird, enter in depression or have violent behaviors are not sane.

Being mentally healthy can be considered the ability to keep a balance in everything we do. For example keeping a balance between our socila life and the time we spend alone, is very important. People that go to the limits are not very healthy and they should get help, to restore the lost balance. Other area where balance is needed is the balance between work and play, sleep and wakefulness, rest and exercise, the time spent outdoors with the one spent indoors, etc.

People that don't do well on these areas can have serious problems. People can become introverted, shy, scared or even violent when they are out of their environment.

Nowadays, everyone is a little bit instable, mentally speaking. All the problems, and people's way of being can change everyone. Being mentally healthy is the opposite of mentally ill. An illness at the head means, going crazy, acting weird, not concentrating, talking nonsense, loosing grip immediately and so on. It's easy to pass from one extreme to another, but we should pay attention at the way we react, thinking before acting can save us a lot of regrets and mistakes. You never know how you can act when you are desperate.

The restaurant is based on quick service following the idea of McDonalds. Most of the foods offered at Taco Bell contain a lot of fat but people don't take in consideration this fact. TaCo Bell has released not long ago, a new more fresh menu such as : fiesta Taco salad, fresco soft taco, fresco grilles steak soft taco and many more. Still, the fresh menu is fatty and a meal at taco bell, even the lightest one contains 1500 calories.
