Gaining weight is a problem that most women have. Feeling a little chubby is just the result of no exercise and a lot of food. When we crave for something, nothing else matters and we forget about our ambitious goal to keep a diet and start eating more healthy. What kills our entire balance are sweets and not having an eating program. For example going at work doesn't allow you to eat healthy meals during the day, so you conform and eat only snacks until you arrive home. But when you get home in the evening, because you are actually starving you eat a very consistent meal and they you go to sleep.

Also turkey meat is very low in fat so you can try that too. Soups are very nutritious and they contain many vitamins. Soups have a cleansing effect and they are liquids so they are very good for your stomach. Other recipes that are healthy are rice with grilled meat or boiled potatoes with fish. People don't know what to cook anymore so they try take out or give up and go to a fast food. It's best to keep your calm and make a healthy sandwich for example. Also many fruits a day is great. If you can, you should try a diet of only fruits it will do you good. For a healthy working organism you should drink a lot of water per day.

In the end, healthy recipes you can find anywhere you just have to be ambitious and change your eating routine if you want to maintain your health or go on the right track. A very important tip is to always stop yourself from eating at night. All the calories go to your thighs and so, you need to eat little and healthy so you don't starve .
