Setting Healthy Boundaries
Published on Oct 26 2009, in the categories: Uncategorized
Well what is more important to us than our health? Nothing! Health is what keeps us going, allows us to do all the things we want to do, keeps us happy and socially active. Health implies leading a healthy lifestyle, eating healthy exercising, sleeping enough, not being stressed, and in general having a very good mental state of mind. Many people believe that eating healthy involves eating only vegetables and food with no taste. Well, it's not like this. Eating healthy means paying attention to what you eat and never exaggerating. For example fruits and vegetables are pure health, also you can try to cook with vegetal oil instead of normal sunflower oil that is quite harmful.
In order to start changing some things in your life you need to make a eating plan. Following some diets and a plan can be exactly what you need to make important changes. Besides eating and exercising for a ideal look, your mental state of mind depends very much also on your life choices. Many people are bad tempered, are very stressed, depressive etc. Setting Healthy Boundaries might save you from any problems. boundaries should exists in anything you do. common sense has it's own boundaries, boundaries in what regards eating, boundaries in what regards work etc.

In life no matter what you do, you have to have some limits, set some boundaries, otherwise you will either fall on the edges. A little from everything is just what a person needs. Some become addicted to drugs, others to alcohol others to sex. Setting Healthy Boundaries is a great thing to do for yourself and for your own good. It takes ambition and character. In the end, I'm not saying we should live by the rules, and we should only do what is right, but while we do whatever makes us happy, we should also in the same time try to keep an eye on our health.
Boundaries, rules, limits are made to be broken, but setting your own will only take you higher. Only after we have hit the bottom, we have encountered a bad situation, gone through rough experiences , only then we can truly see what is good for us. There is no such thing as a perfect life a perfect body etc, because in the end, who sets what is perfect and not? We should only be more careful about what we do and what we eat, if we want to leave a careless long life.
