Health is the only thing we need to survive and to have a good life. Without our health we couldn't be able to work, have a family, enjoy life. Nowadays, our world is polluted and more and more people suffer from rare diseases. Many people suffer from cancer, , this being one of the most common severe illnesses, and the causes for this affection are not that many. At some people cancer appears out of nowhere and at others it run's into the family. Staying Healthy is not that difficult , You just have to take care of yourself from the beginning. It's easy to prevent than to cure. Many people go to the doctor only when they are sick . It's best to make sure you are perfectly healthy two times a year. Analysis are made so that you are aware of anything that happens into your body. If you , God forbidden have something, wouldn't you want to know sooner ?
Staying Healthy means leading a healthy life. For example what we eat affects very much of our organism. In order to stay healthy, people need to stop eating so much greasy foods and junk food. A good tip for a healthy organism is to eat more vegetables, fruits , things that provide you with vitamins and proteins. Also exercising is indicated for a healthy body. Making a routine out of daily exercising , can help you look good even when you are 40. Exercising means pure health, because you keep your blood pumping, your skin firm and your muscles very well determined. Calories and fat has a hard time , settling on your body and this is good for your own personal image.

Nowadays, eating healthy and having a healthy lifestyle has become a trend. Many people choose to have some special diets because they have seen on tv that's how celebrities do. This is also a solution, but it's better to think at yourself first. Staying Healthy improves your living condition and makes you feel better, more energetic, never tired etc. For a healthy organism, smoking and alcohol are two things that will ruin your balance. Also, sleepless nights stress, problems are also causes of many diseases.
In the end, there are many ways to stay healthy, we just need to want it very much. Everything is possible, instead of complaining about your health or about the way you feel or look, you could start making some changes. Many people have said that they feel better now, after they have started to eat more healthy, only natural products, no greasy stuff, after they have quit smoking or quit alcohol.
