What matter the most for all of us is our health. We should pay more attention to what we eat and what we do , because health is the only one that keeps us going. A healthy person is a person who eats healthy, doesn't have problems , looks great, feels great, has a socially active life, is happy etc. looks nowadays are as important as a persons character, and because it takes just a look to make a person what to talk to you or not, it's very important to look good. in order to look good on the outside also, you have to start taking care of your organism.

What we eat and what problems we might have inevitably affect your skin and body . Poor eating involves gaining weight, gaining weight means looking fat, your skin starts having acne problems and other rashes and irritations because the organism is not feeling good. Your appearance is the reflection of your organism state.

For a woman looks are crucial, but men shouldn't be left out from this category either. Both men and women have started to go to gym, and take better care for themselves, in what regards face skin and hair, face appearance, everyone knows that hair represents 40 percent of a person's charm. Imagine any sexy woman or man you know, but being bold. Would you find him or her as quite as attractive without hair than with? A healthy hair is a hair that shines, has no split ends, can be easily maneuvered , it's strong, thick and it doesn't fall.  Also dandruff is a very common problem. Dandruff can be eliminated with special shampoos, hair treatments and scalp treatments.

Many people have also started taking vitamins in order to have a healthier hair. Haven't you noticed that pregnant women look better and have a more softer skin and shinier healthy hair when they are pregnant?  Well, his is due to the pregnancy pills, to all the vitamins and all the health a pregnant woman tends to intake. Also, many interior problems can affect you hair also. For example brittle hair might indicate iron deficiency or too much loss of hair , might be because of a problem with the liver or the thyroid. It's normal for the hair to fall of, but not too much. Also dry hair is quite obvious, split ends can be seen from a  mille, excessive oiliness etc. All these things are caused by organism problems, so in order to fix them you have to start from the bottom , and not just work on the surface.

For example vitamin A, C, E, B6, B12 etc. vitamin a produces sebum in the scalp, C is like an oxidants and E improves scalp circulation. All these vitamins can be taken out of foods you eat or can be taken in form of pills. Eating healthier will most  definitely show it's results in a few months, o, try to eat  better. For example you could try soybean, potatoes, pineapple, strawberries, vegetable oils, chicken and red meat, kiwi, liver, milk, fish etc.
